At Wrinda, every product is handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional hand block printing techniques. We take great care in maintaining the authenticity and quality of every product before it reaches you.

As handcrafted products are unique by nature, we encourage customers to read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return only if:

• You received a damaged product.
• You received an incorrect product.
• You received a defective product due to a manufacturing issue.

To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Products Not Eligible for Return

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Colour variation caused by mobile or computer screen settings.
• Minor variations in hand block print placement.
• Slight irregularities that naturally occur in handcrafted products.
• Natural dye variations.
• Products that have been washed.
• Products that have been worn.
• Products with perfume, stains, or odour.
• Products without original tags or packaging.
• Customized or altered products.
• Clearance, sale, or discounted products (unless damaged or incorrectly delivered).

3. Handmade Product Disclaimer

Every Wrinda product is individually handcrafted.

Because of this:

• No two products are exactly identical.
• Minor variations in print alignment, colour intensity, and texture are signs of authentic craftsmanship.
• These characteristics should not be considered defects.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Order Number
• Customer Name
• Clear photographs of the product
• Images of the outer packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Failure to report within the specified timeframe may affect eligibility for return or replacement.

5. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for:

• The same product (subject to availability), or
• Another product of equal value, or
• Store credit (where applicable).

Wrinda reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution after inspecting the returned item.

6. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Customers will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days after approval.

Bank processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is approved because:

• Wrong product delivered
• Manufacturing defect
• Transit damage

Wrinda will bear the return shipping cost.

For any other reason (where approved at Wrinda's discretion), the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

8. Non-Refundable Charges

The following are generally non-refundable unless required by law:

• Shipping charges (if applicable)
• Gift wrapping charges
• Cash on Delivery charges (if applicable)

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

10. Quality Inspection

Every returned product undergoes a quality inspection before:

• Refund approval
• Exchange approval
• Replacement approval

Products that fail inspection due to customer use or damage may not qualify for a refund.
